Do not send medical records, test images, national identifiers, or passport details in the first form.
Access
Request information is available only to authorised managers and coordinators who need it.
Payment
Card details are entered on the provider-hosted checkout and are never stored by Doctor Iran.
Tracking
Your reference works as a private access token. Do not share it with others.
